How competitive is your pricing?

We always try to balance pricing with quality.  Most of our clients save money with us because we are priced right, and they experience less waste.  Pricing largely depends on having good relationships with suppliers. 

We have developed very strong relationships over the last 20 years, and always continue to search out the best possible deals for our clients !

Do I have to meet a minimum order?

Historically we have not imposed order minimums.  We have always simply asked that clients order responsibly as we are here to keep each other in business.  However recently we have had to re-evaluate that position. 

Unfortunately Since January when Biden killed the transportation industry we have experienced more than 35% increase in cost of delivery with Fuel and Labor costs being driven up exponentially.  Now we are requesting that our Clients at a minimum have a 3 Item and or $50 minimum order to make each delivery at least break even.

What days do you deliver to my area?

We operate 6 days each week, only closed on Sundays.  Most clients are satisfied with up to 3 deliveries each week and choose either a Monday, Wednesday, Friday rotation or a Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday Schedule. 

In some of the further out areas we do set specific days, but that can be part of our new client conversation !

What time can I expect my deliveries to arrive?

Our delivery drivers typically leave our facility by 5am each day and start delivering by 6am.  We try to complete all deliveries by 10:30 to 11am every day. 

We are working on developing a second shift of deliveries for those clients who require later deliveries, but as of now 95% of all deliveries happen between 6am to 10:30am !
